MatchPoint is delivered via a download link from our web site. To purchase MatchPoint, follow these four simple steps:

Click the Order button. You will be redirected to the secure shopping cart. Click the "Buy One Now" link. The Order form will be displayed.

Enter you Name, Email address, Phone and Country in the order section. You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway.

Make the payment. After the payment is verified and completed, an email will be sent to you within 24 hours with a download link and a MatchPoint software activation key.

Click on the download link in the email you receive from us. The download page will open in your default web browser. You can download the MatchPoint software from this page.

When a user makes an online purchase, we email the user an activation key to unlock and start using the product. Given the fact that an activation key is rendered at the time of purchase, there is no way to take the activation key back from a user. Therefore, it is assumed that when a user purchases MatchPoint, he/she is satisfied with the software's features and functionalities, and no refund would be requested.

All fraudulent claims which result in chargebacks will be contested. Note that such claims are illegal and punishable by law. Any fraudulent claim made by a customer who purchased MatchPoint and falsely deny making the purchase will be reported to proper authorities.

We use Authorize.Net for accepting credit card payments from our customers. Each transaction is sent using a Secured Virtual Network and only transactions originated from merchant IP address are validated, which is a very strong protection against hackers. Your credit card will show a charge from "ARD Solutions".

We use your information that you provide when placing an order only to complete the order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
We use return email addresses to send you an email with a download link and a MatchPoint software activation key. We do not use the email addresses for any other purpose and do not share them with outside parties.
